We are currently looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Paid Advertising (Google / Meta / LinkedIn) to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on digital ad campaigns and will maintain direct communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

DManage end-to-end campaign execution (set-up, launch, optimization) across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
DWork with data streams and analytics (events, conversions, etc.) using Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs.
DCollaborate with the creative/content team to maximize ad impact and overall performance.
DAct as account manager for performance marketing clients.
DConfigure and manage reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.
DEngage in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement with team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing role.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong understanding of data analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and prepare reports.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Team player with adaptability and a desire to learn and grow.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication & presentation skills (Both in English & Greek language).
