Company’s continuous growth is driven by its exceptional teams of experts, and we are looking to expand further! We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Project Manager to join our Web & Mobile applications Software Development division.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the owner of eCommerce projects, ensuring timely progress, quality, and budget adherence.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and propose mitigation plans.
- Initiate, plan, and execute project agreements to improve efficiency and foster profitable partnerships.
- Manage projects across the entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Analyze project progress, monitor issues, and deliver reports to stakeholders.
- Obtain all necessary approvals promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Set project quality and performance standards.
- Suggest improvements that are aligned with the company’s processes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Agile Project Management | Communication Skills | Project Management | Project Planning
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or other related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Project Management.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce projects. Knowledge of the NOP Commerce platform will be considered a strong plus.
- Experience with integrations (ERP with ecommerce platforms, APIs)
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Experience with project management tools (such as Asana, ClickUp,)
- Solid working knowledge of technical and digital projects.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Agile mindset and a team-oriented personality.
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
