We are seeking a Senior React Developer to join our software applications development division!
Job Description (JRN 029)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to define and implement the strategic direction of front-end development, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications that enhance user experience
- Work closely with product managers to gather project requirements and establish realistic timelines
- Advocate for the adoption of modern development practices and tools, contributing to the establishment of best practices to improve team efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions to enhance product performance
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time, while maintaining high-quality standards
- Participate in decision-making processes at a technical level, contributing to the evolution of future projects
Requirements:
- CSS | Front-end Development | HTML | JavaScript | React | Redux | TypeScript
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a Front-end developer
- 4+ years of working experience with React
- Hands-on experience with Typescript and Material UI
- Experience with state management tools such as Redux
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, testing, and deployment)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices in software development
- Strong communication skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
