We are looking is looking for right candidate to fill an open position to work as Softone ERP Consultant (JRN042) at our Athens office in Business Software Applications Division. This role requires in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to guide multiple implementations in various business areas.
Job Description Softone ERP Consultant (JRN 042)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting analysis of clients' business needs and design tailored ERP solutions.
- Provide consulting and implementation services for ERP/CRM projects
- Manage and oversee ERP projects from initiation to completion.
- Deliver training and technical support to ERP system users.
- Customize and optimize ERP systems to meet specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth ERP integration.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and stay up-to-date with ERP industry advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in ERP implementation and management (Softone, Entersoft, Epsilon, etc).
- Experience and certification in Softone ERP will be appreciated
- Strongability to analyze complex business problems and propose solutions.
- Proven experience in ERP project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM software requirements
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
