We are looking is looking for right candidate to fill an open position to work as Softone Senior ERP Consultant/Project Manager (JRN044) at our Athens office in Business Software Applications Division. This role requires in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to guide multiple implementations in various business areas.

Job Description

Softone Senior ERP Consultant/Project Manager (JRN 044)

As a Senior ERP Consultant/ Project Manager, you will participate in the full ERP implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery, user training, and post-go-live support. You will also take ownership of ERP projects and act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring successful project delivery, effective stakeholder management, and alignment with agreed scope, timelines and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide consulting analysis of clients' business needs and design tailored ERP solutions.
Provides consulting and implemetation services for ERP/CRM projects.
Deliver training and technical support to ERP system users.
Customize and optimize ERP systems to meet specific client requirements.
Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth ERP intergration.
Troubleshoot technical issues and stay up-to-date with ERP industry advancements.
Manage and oversee ERP projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, milestones, deliverables, timelines and resources.
Monitor project progress, identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope and timelines.
Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring clear communication and alignment with clients and internal stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, project status updates and meetings.
Lead client workshops, presentations, project meetings and status reviews.
Coordinate UAT, go-live planning, project closure and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Define and oversee ERP configuration and customization requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs, project scope and ERP best practices.
Coordinate internal consultants, developers, technical teams and third-party partners involved in project delivery.
Coordinate the resolution of functional and technical issues with internal technical teams and third-party partners.
Identify opportunities for business process improvements and additional client needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of professional experience in ERP consulting, implementation and/or project management (Softone, Entersoft, Epsilon, etc.).
Experience and certification in Softone ERP will be appreciated.
Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and propose solutions.
Proven experience in ERP project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
Excellent understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM software requirements.
Strong project management, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
